Bain Capital Return Offer Rates?

Anybody have numbers on Bain Cap. return offer rates for PE, PC, and SS? Heard that some of the other MFs like Bx and KKR were bloodbaths for PE (and Silver Lake seems to have axed their analyst program), but are the other teams doing ok?

I know they only took one for special sits (out of a few, I believe), and credit was ~60-75% offered. Not sure about PE

Am interested in the group for FT and had a few questions. Does your roommate know if the firm is going to be doing any FT hiring for SS? Also, how much does the experience vary between SS and Credit/Insurance? And what are exit opps like for MF SS programs? There are only a few programs (ASOF, BTO, and BCSS) so curious how the experience varies from traditional PE.

Got the Credit/SS/Insurance offer when I was recruiting for SA and HR told me that they would give returns for a specific group that you worked for at the end of the summer. So I'm guessing the analysts themselves would know where they got a return for.

Do you mind sharing why you declined the offer + what type of firm you went to instead?

Source? For NAPE return offers

curious to hear if any other return offer %s known for summers prior to 2023
