Based on previous WSO threads, the predictive index (PI) test for Bain Capital and similar firms often includes quick arithmetic, pattern recognition, and logic-based questions. It's designed to assess cognitive ability under time pressure. Reaching question 43 out of 50 in a 12-minute timer is a solid attempt, as many candidates report not finishing all the questions due to the time constraint.

If you're preparing for similar assessments, focus on improving speed and accuracy in mental math, pattern recognition, and logical reasoning. Practice with online PI test simulators or similar cognitive ability tests to get comfortable with the format and pacing.

Someone at my school got a first round for NAPE, but wondering if the process is rolling or if all first rounds have been sent. My school had a couple of people attend the Investors of Tomorrow program as well, and none of them got it.

no clue, i have a referral from a Partner and still radio silent. you a top target?

Probably but idt they’ve started. Maybe nepo first or super strong referrals.

Again does anyone know if they filter on predictive index like crazy?
