A few threads on this saying its 2 hours long. Never done a modeling test before so curious on how it work or any insights people have. Is it a 3 statement model with projections and LBO or more like a paper LBO type?

1) Written qualitative portion where you are an advisor and have to given insight into different growth opportunities, what different types of buyers value in a target co, etc
2) Paper LBO that is so simple it is kind of confusing lol
