BC Partner Exodus

Background:
Since March 2022, a total of 11 Partners and Managing Directors have exited or formally communicated plans to leave BC Partners.
What is culture like there? Anyone got some insights?

I don’t have any real intel but I think it’s been a long time coming - they struggled to deploy and make money at a time where most others could, and things will be ugly for a while now. My guess is the people who went to places like ICG would have sacrificed some cash comp, traded off for better carry economics. But yes interested to know if there’s anything internal / more to it.
