BS / CF Projections

Hi All, I am working on an LBO (+ DCF / operating) and cannot figure out how to project out niche lines items that I do not normally see.

- Accrued real estate taxes

-Accrued postretirement benefits

-Patent rights

-Current portion of leases

On CF, there is a historical item called amortization of debt premium.

Anyone know the items to proportion these items to as %s in the forecast?
