BX Pymetrics

Does anyone know what fucking pymetrics traits the people in HR orgasm over?

Have been rejected twice now (last year and this year), with different traits on Pymetrics for the same division/team (Strategic Partners).

Background: non-diversity race/gender, target school, good academics and ECs - unless they want ex-SEAL team members or Series A+ start-up founder who has exited/sold, I don't think my profile is bad.

I have both sell-side and buy-side internships in secondaries so I am genuinely shocked I don't even get Hirevue for their fucking summer internship.

Always thought Pymetrics was supplementary but it seems it's now the key criteria needed to pass through the automatic filter.

I know I sound entitled but it's just annoying to work so hard when I could have relaxed for my summers. Feels like nothing even matters thanks to some firms implementing more AI algo filtering - they may as well plan my whole life for me.

Hey man, is hirevue and pymetric mandatory for strategic partners? Cos I had a hr interview already and didn’t hear anything about those tests.

Pretty sure you automatically get the pymetrics video interview / hirevue when you apply so you probably just missed the email.
