Case interview prep for PE interviews + technical / modeling prep for growth
Wondering if there are books/primers that can help me tackle case study like portions of PE interviews for Associate recruiting.
Just as an example (and no, I do not believe processes for these firms have kicked off), places like Warburg, TA seem to have a case portion (I assume other consulting-friendly PE firms will as well) and I am terribly unprepared for any potential interviews.
Should I just go with straight up consulting prep to complement my technical prep?
In addition and more specifically, what does a technical interview look like for a place that appear to have a lesser focus on buyouts (like TA? correct me if I'm wrong) Is an LBO model test still relevant here?
