Worked with them on a deal somewhat recently. Seniors were incredibly smart but challenging to work for and the juniors looked like they’d lost the point of life lmao. If you want cool work with some brilliant minds, by all means run it but otherwise if you value any semblance of happiness I’d probably look elsewhere
What industry was this? Know some groups are harder to work for than others
