Bump. If anyone would be willing to opine simply after looking at the website, it would be much appreciated. Just want to get reactions to the shop if nobody has any noteworthy data points or anecdotes.
According to Merger Market they only did 4 acquisitions since 2012, all with co-investors...if that is of any help. Doesn't look like a really active investor to me.
Oh, and according to FactSet they have ~82M AuM.
Thanks, that's a lot of help. That Merger Market stat seems peculiar. They closed another fund not long ago and I think they've invested in 13ish companies out of that. I think the FactSet figure sounds correct, thank you for that.
How would you advise someone considering a career there given the impact investing world is very small (not a lot of options, but also limited entry points)?
