Does anyone have CIP’s case study? Is it like a traditional LBO or is it more of a project finance type case study? Would be grateful if someone has it. Please PM if you have it.
They don’t buy corporate assets, it’s an infra shop so would expect project finance modelling
Likely to be a greenfield project so with a construction and operational phase with the cap structure changing with that and revs coming in at COD. Would just know my way around the debt schedule modelling to prepare
