anyone with insights on EQT Growth? Relatively new fund but would be interesting to understand how they are positioned for the future vs. some of the other growth strategies of larger funds (KKR Growth, BX, etc..)

Well, the team was founded during '21 peaks and they subsequently deployed a lot during '21 at 40x multiples to stuff like Mambu. If you look at EQT's pressos they don't really mention Growth anywhere - not that it's a needle mover in the aum either but read what you may about it. I'm sure it's a great place for a stint still - EQT is always EQT.
pay in london office?
Main fund is 100k base and 0-150% bonus last I heard, overall proper Europoor range. Sweaty too
How do they have such a bloated team and continued promotions when performance is so bad?
My guess:
1. EQT as a group has like infinite AUM tho
2. Titles are generally cheap and made up
