I’m not planning to leave my current job for at least another year but would like to get a sense of jobs I could get interviews for if and when I do start looking.
I’m in a few firms databases and told them I was most interested in growth equity / VC jobs and that’s all they send me now. I’d like to do that with more recruiting firms.
I’ve made a list of recruiters I’m most interested in based on firms they’ve made placements for and recommendations from others.
Do I just email them / reach out on LinkedIn? I really just want to get on their email lists and start getting a sense of roles they would send my way but not actively trying to make a move.
