Do they give full-time offers to PIA interns? Also, from their website it looks like that full-time analysts in IBD and PIA get trained together. How do you compare the skills they pick up on the job? Thanks in advance for your insight!

GS PIA DOES do summer interships.

Take 4 people. Give 2 of 4 FT offers.

Know one person from my school doing it this summer (ivy not HYP), he has a 3.92, worked in HF after freshman year, and had a hookup for the interview becuz they dont recruit here

banks pe undergrad recruitment is rarely so clearly defined. where i work we have access to all resumes from both ibd and markets we pick out the ones we are interested in. we tend not to spend our time going on campus. on the rare occasion it does occur it is normally analysts back going to their alma mater to meet up with friends still studying there.
