Hello all, I was hoping someone can chime in here with some advice. I was invited back for a third round interview with the managing partner of a mid-size private equity shop. However, this interview is to take place on the golf course. Anyone have any tips on what I should be expecting from him tomorrow?

You're getting treated to a round of golf, don't overthink it (just like your swing). That shit is my wet dream.
If you don't know how to golf, you are absolutely fucked. Be able to shoot the shit, talk about boring drivel like sports and y'all's families (but don't be boring about it).
Figure out the best part of his game and ask for tips. It makes you a better golfer and people love to give advice.
I admittedly have never heard of a golf interview but have played enough rounds of golf and done enough interviews to hazard (HA if that pun ain't sb worthy idk what is) a decent guess.
If you're not familiar with golf etiquette, here's a crash course:
I'd say it is not so much about how well you play but rather your attitude towards the game! One great golfer (forgot who) once said that you learn more about a person on a golf course than you would working 3 consecutive months together. Your strategy, how you deal with bad shots, your attitude if you lose, your attitude if you win, if you ask for advice and if you give advices etc.... all of your personality traits are amplified so manage them intelligently ;) it will also give you a lot of insights on the person who's hiring you so pay attention to him as well ... Good luck!
Be conscious of your small talk. It has to be interesting, witty, not political, up-to-date on current events and be smooth so there aren't awkward silences. You have to be able to command attention at the group gathering before teeing off.
If you had more days I would have gone early and tried to play the course (if it was public) and figure out who would be on staff that day and pad their pockets ($) to drop subtle hints to the group about what a great guy/gal/it you are.

That’s skeevy as fuck, especially if it’s not a public course, which it almost definitely won’t be
$100 tip to a bag boy to loudly say: "That guy interviewing is very polite and fits in well with you guys." That ain't cheating.

Hi,
I am having a job interview in a golf course / 5-star resort for a boutique investment firm (which is located in London though). Interview is on a Friday at 9 AM, so that people is clearly staying at the hotel resort there. Location is in France, not far from Monaco.
According to the secretary, the same day (the same location?) they are having some meetings with some Arab investors after me.
I am hesitant on whether to wear a suit (Family Office) or business casual (khaki + shirt).
What is your opinion?

Go with a suit. Better to err on the safe side. But bring your khaki+shirt in a bag.

Show up in the suit, with your golf clothes and gear in a tote bag. After that follow the current employee's lead.
