HIG Boston Superday

Hey guys, I’ve been through a good bit of old Superday posts. I haven’t found one specific to HIG’s buyout division. If anybody has experience with their MM/LMM Superdays, I would appreciate any advice! If you have experience with their Boston office that would be even better. Thanks!

Based on previous WSO threads, here is some relevant information:

  • HIG Capital - SF Superday: There is a mention of HIG Capital's San Francisco office, where a user had a model test and phone screen before the final round. While this isn't specific to Boston, it might give you an idea of the process.

  • Boston PE Firms: HIG is listed among other firms with offices in Boston. This indicates that HIG has a presence in Boston, but specific details about the Superday process for the Boston office aren't provided.

For more detailed insights, you might want to check out the full thread or reach out to users who have mentioned HIG Capital in their posts.

Ignore title. Recently left the firm and can say that you get overworked and underpaid. Would look elsewhere if you can. Take the offer only if have no other options.
