Hours and WFH at Canadian pensions
As the title suggests, curious to hear what the average hours and WFH policy is at the pensions. Are DI teams usually 9-8 pending a live deal? I’ve also seen OTPP’s stated policy of one month remote anywhere, curious if that applies to the investing team. Thanks!

It’s highly group dependent id say but hours sound reasonable on average I guess. WFH I’d say Tues - Thurs in office is most common right now but wouldn’t be surprised to see an eventual shift to Monday - Thursday in office. My guess is the month “work from anywhere” will be phased out as early as this year but who knows
