Fairly familiar with Summit, feel free to PM
Both are solid gigs but Insight is much better between the two. Both are sourcing intensive, but the key difference is at Insight you will be afforded opportunities to take on more responsibilities, whereas Summit is strictly hierarchical. One specific example: there were 26 year olds at Insight that led deals and took board seats. Would be unheard of at Summit.
Bump on comp difference for associates
any word on what the comp is at associate level (and senior associate for that matter) for insight? tried to do some searches on wso but not a lot of conclusive information.
How about for Summit? Any comp data?

Anyone have a sense of how Insight has been doing this year? Curious given I heard they paid really aggressive prices on assets in 2021/2022
Also interested in an update - seems like Summit could be a better place to be right now given the current venture environment and the difference in investing styles between the two firms
