KKR Client Partner Group (CPG)

I have done some extensive research but am struggling to find the data I am looking for around this group. From what I have read it is the blended role of Relationship Mgmt/IR/Fundraising but I know that KKR has an IR Team so what aspects of IR is the CPG responsible for? I am also curious about backgrounds for these roles, having looked on linkedin it seems its people post IB 2-3 program, people who done IR, and I even saw one or two PWM people. As far as skill set, what are they looking for? Just someone smart who have been client facing? When it comes to the fundraising and relationship mgmt part of the role, does anyone have direct knowledge about travel? I know there are multiple offices that have CPG teams so is it just based on geography or is there something that I am missing? Are there any specific common exit opps other than IR or some sort of other sales jobs? Finally, I know comp will not be in line with their investment teams or any sort of banking/PE/HF roles but does anyone have any idea what it may look like for associates?

Thanks
