Lateral sr associate recruiting - peak timeline

Hi guys:

For those of us recruiting for senior associate / junior VP roles laterally - I've heard the peak season when jobs will be posted this year are likely around March/April - is this accurate? Where does the peak volume generally happen each year / what volumes are you seeing?
