Learning Python vs foreign language

I am from Europe and have recently completed my bachelor's degree in economics. In August, I will begin a two-year master's degree in finance at a top target university in another European country. With a couple of months of free time ahead, and I am trying to find something productive to do. I think it is too late to look for internship, I already have done a significant one, and anyway for personal reasons I wouldn't want to do another one.

My goal after my master is to work a few years in MBB and/or in PE to gain experience, capital, prestige, and network to then start my own business of any kind, I would like to raise a small PE fund in my region.

I am thinking that the best way to employ the next two months is to learn some useful skill that will not be covered in my master. I believe that my best options are to learn python because it is apparently very useful in this field (I don't really know why, I haven't done much research yet), I already know some C++, R, and HTML, so I am not completely new to coding; or learn the language of the country where I will pursue my master because I am targeting to work there and it is extremely hard if I only speak my native language and English.

What would you invest your time in? I am also open to different kind of options that do not involve just studying a skill. I would also like to do something that will take me closer to my goals but that can make me a few bucks at the same time.

Thanks :)

Neither MBB nor PE care about you being able to program. Learning another language is definitely more useful. Now if you were heading to say a HF, particularly one with a quant focus, obviously programming languages are more useful.
