Level Equity Thoughts?
Any thoughts on Level Equity / joining as an analyst? Pretty new growth equity firm founded by former Insight MDs, raised ~$1.7bn total.

Level has been around for 10+ years and is I believe on Fund III so they're reasonably established...
They have a strong reputation in the industry and an established niche investing in capital-efficient growth-stage companies. Their initial mandate was boostrapped + profitable businesses and while that's relaxed somewhat, their bread and butter is guys doing ~$10M of ARR growing 40-50%. It's a great combo of too low-growth for Silicon Valley, too small for Summit, Spectrum, etc. but still a space you can make a return with decent downside protection. My understanding is reasonably sourcing-oriented at junior levels but should be a good learning environment; they also do both minority and majority deals so you'll get broad exposure

Solid shop, great reputation and track record. Can't speak to experience as an analyst as I don't know anyone that has gone in at that level. Given the strength of brand and reputation however, I would have no hesitations accepting an offer If I were you.
