Leveraged buyout of wallstreetoasis

This is mostly hypothetical but seeing how poorly this site is run got me thinking about how good of a target WSO would be for a lmm PE firm. The site has so much potential and generates a ton of traffic it could monetize off of. I'd probably fix all the glitches that prevent people from commenting / viewing posts, and then create a ton of professionally made courses and sell them to the naive college students / early professionals that comprise 90% of the user base. I'd start advertising on social media that you could use the platinum WSO interview prep package and have a [95%] chance of getting an offer at a BB / EB. Then, having 10x the EBITDA in just a few years, I'd take WSO public and Patrick and I would be billionares.

Thoughts on an LBO of WSO?

What valuation do you think WSO would be bought for?
