Hi guys,
Currently prepping for 2024 SA internships (focusing on EB and MM in Boston). I am very comfortable with accounting, enterprise/equity value, valuation and dcf questions, but not so much M&A and LBO.
So, I was wondering how frequent, deep, and important M&A + LBO questions are for SA interviews? I'd also just appreciate any advice on technical questions.
