LMM / MM PE Comp
Currently interviewing at a buyout firm in a T2 city with ~$3bn AUM that's currently investing out of a flagship fund with about $750mm. Was wondering if anyone can share what I should be expecting in terms of comp as an associate?
Aware that it is going to vary quite a bit, but would appreciate any guidance or data points for reference.
Probably 225-275k for first year and maybe a small relocation bonus as well.
I feel like i know exactly which fund you're talking about lmao
