Longest you waited in between off cycle round before moving forward
In a process with a PE shop, but not going through a HH, so just internal HR. How long is the longest you’ve waited to hear back in between normal interview round before moving forward (not a rejection). I reached out after a week and HR told me they would follow up after the firm finished discussing next steps. Idk I feel like a rejection should be pretty easy, either you nailed a regular interview or you didn’t. Can’t fathom what takes so long to determine for something that’s not a super day or something.
