Given purchase multiples for large LBOs are very high where are sponsors generating returns? (Cash flow yield likely low given large multiples).
Also heard many MFPE buy quality assets in the right thematic. Is the strat here to see secular tailwind increase exit multiple or underwrite EBITDA growth?
