Minority Investment Case
As title suggests, have a 3 hr case with a PE shop that focuses on minority investment and subordinated debt. Haven't got much exposure to minority investments (unsure if case will be minority buyout or minority growth equity), but wondering if anyone could share some thoughts on modeling aspect / things to look out for?
Am aware of the pros / cons relating to minority investments - but curious to hear further on this point, and from a modelling aspect.
