My Firm's Primary Headhunter Reached Out to Me
I recently graduated college and joined a PE analyst program following a summer internship the year prior. Before starting, the headhunter my firm uses to hire its associates reached out to me in order to support my "future recruiting plans".
Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like there is a conflict of interest here and am weary of connecting with them in case they snitch to my employer.
Would recommend not engage given the sensitivity
