New Store Build Model with Different Ramp Rates

Hi! I am trying to build a model where there are x number of mature stores at the start of the operating period and we add x new stores every year of the forecast. The stores ramp in a three year period at rates of 40% of revenue in year 1, 70% of revenue in year 2 and reach maturity in year 3. How do i set this up dynamically to create a financial forecast for my LBO? Trying to create a waterfall build to show all the stage of the stores added
