No Superday Response
Hey all, recently had a superday at a MM PE shop early last week. Obviously would assume I didn't get the offer since didn't hear back the day of/day after. However, I spoke with an analyst this morning who said offers still haven't gone out. Realistically they are probably lying and offers have sent out right? How cooked am I lol.
Possible they gave an offer to their #1 candidate and want to keep you as a backup
Either way, I'd just keep moving as if it's a rejection. Most firms just ghost when they're rejecting you instead of sending a quick email, which is not great but such is life.
