Nordic Headhunters?
Hi all,
I’m based in the US and was curious. Who are the main headhunters that cover the Nordics (Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen)? Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!

Dartmouth Partners has had roles for Triton/Altor/Summa/EQT as well as JPM if im not mistaken
Someone needs to liquidate this firm. Absolutely godawful. Zero regard for applicants and the work they put into apps.

For Stockholm, Lager & Partners is probably the best headhunter. Other than that I know that PER has had a few Nordic roles in the past.
Which processes have they had (Lager)?
They have had a few local MM PE fund mandates in the past. Don't think that they have had any large cap funds in the past (the likes of EQT or Nordic Capital), so if you are targeting them, I would skip Lager & Partners. Another potential headhunter is Novare Rekrytering (owned by the same family who owns EQT). I know that they don't have a PE/Finance focus per se, but looking at their website now I can see a few investment roles and also a role at Nordic Capital.
