Applied a couple weeks ago - had a first round on Thursday - I know some were today as well - didn’t know when final rounds would be

Any ideas on how many people they're taking for this program? Did not seem like there were that many interview slots
Also if anyone has any info about comp at OMERS that would be great - heard there was shadow carry but not 100% sure
Friend had an offer there a couple years back. $80k base with $20-40k bonus. Very much below market, not sure if they've changed since then
Not sure - was that for the rotational program or for an associate role?

How did final round go for those who had it? I'm guessing those who accept will hear back by tomorrow?
They said we would be hearing back Monday/Tuesday but to let them know if we have other offers coming up - found the final round tough but the case study was on a REIT and I have never once looked at real estate - also didn't give us the case over a weekend which may have helped if you've got live files for your current internship
I have also never looked at a REIT before so glad to hear that I wasn't the only one struggling. Would you accept if you got an offer or are you weighing other options too?
