Anyone know what the going rate for associates at private equity firms are recently? Did any raise compensation to stay competitive with banking?
Heard some folks getting told $300k+ all in for recently recruited positions starting in 2020. Mainly looking for data points with the mgea funds (Apollo, Warburg, Bain) and upper middle market / large cap funds (H&F, CD&R, MDP, GTCR, etc.). Thanks!
