First-year analyst here, might want to go to MBA at some point, just for the learning and experience. So if possible, I want to avoid recruiting stress. Does anyone have a list of PE fund gives employees guarantee to return post MBA, maybe need to commite 1-3 years at the firm? I know there has been plenty discussion on PE funds sponsor MBA, but also curious about the return offer.
