Not if we want to get fired, but here's a general layout:

- Exec Summary (opportunity, what we're doing, key financials - cap table, valuation multiple, returns, timeline)

- Random admin pages - usually timeline, any key issues to flag, any interim decisions you want the IC to make, ie. budget requests

- Diligence Findings / next stage. This includes red flags, mitigants, etc etc

- Modelling & Returns section

- Target company info (usually just the overview and everything not mentioned in the Diligence section. The reason why it's here is because it's usually shown when you first start the process then it's punted to the back / the appendix. We don't need to see these details upfront 10x)

Appendix: comps and other sort of diligence work (ie. country pages) that is shown once and then punted to the back
