PE IR - Canada
Currently working in MM LevFin and am debating a switch to PE IR and wanted to get some of your thoughts on the switch.
Attractive features of IR position (i) a better WLB (ii) still requiring the individual to be a product expert while not working the absurd hours of the investment team, and (iii) better compensation to where I’m at now. The hesitancy lies in the lack of exit opportunities. Let me know what you all think.
