PE recruiting 2020

With recruiting season around the corner, I was wondering if people can help with the following:

  1. When should we be reaching out and meeting with headhunters?
  2. When should we expect actual interviews to kick off?
  3. Who are the top 5-10 players in each of these categories (NYC only) -- Mega (>10bn), UMM (>3bn), MM
  4. General lifestyle by grouping and for specific companies named
