PE SA - Zoom with the entire team after introduction call with one of the associate

Hi folks,

I got a talk scheduled tomorrow with four team members at PE. This happened after I talked with one of the associates via introduction chat. I do not know what to expect since it is a one-hour-long call. I first thought it was an interview but then saw that each member will talk with me for 20 minutes. What should I prepare for? Any technical questions?

If it’s 20 minute individual talks with different team members I’d expect some light technicals then mostly behaviorals for fit. Maybe some basic accounting/LBO stuff (not going to give you modeling tests) then just going through your resume and picking out things for you to talk about. I had something similar and they didn’t stress the technicals too hard, if you check off the academic criteria and have basic knowledge they know you can learn the skills needed and care more about who they’re going to be working with.
