PE Secondaries Advisory Interview

I have a final round interview for a PE secondary advisory shop. They informed me that I will have a case study including "some basic analysis in excel and prepare a few slides on powerpoint to present your my findings". Does anyone have experience with a secondary case study/modeling test? Will they have me value the portfolio or just find its basic summary and prepare a marketing deck for potential secondary buyers? Any and all help would be very helpful. Thank you!

You will have to do the following:

Create mini-lbo models for 1-3 portfolio companies under varying scenarios. Put those results into a waterfall model to see if the fund will hit its gross-of-fees return objectives. Finally create a powerpoint presentation summarizing your findings in the different scenarios.

Note: I used to work in secondaries, now going on to do my MBA.

Did you have the interview already? I assume it was more on the sell side? I am in a similar position right know, so wondering what you actually had to do? Thanks in advance!!!
