PE - WFH
Can anyone share their Firm's WFH policies, along with your firms # of employees and approximate AUM. What are the perks you have for coming into the office, if any? How does this differ from pre-Covid for you.
if you would like to include rough comp estimate and title that would be great. For context, my firm is looking to move from 3 days in office to 4 days. No additional perks and pay is a little below market, but trade off for 2 WFH days.
