Private Natural Resource Case Study Advice

3-hour offline PE case in Natural Resources (build rec + short deck). As a fresh grad without much case experience but super excited since this is a top, ideal firm for me should I prioritize an asset-level DCF/NAV or a simplified LBO for sponsor returns?
What’s the expected baseline in NR cases?
How would you split time (model vs slides) in 3 hours?

Appreciate any guidance, thanks in advance!
