Questions to ask before accepting off-cycle PE offer?
I received an offcycle associate offer from a PE fund the other day and they're giving me until next week to decide. I generally liked everyone I met but given it was all via Zoom, I didn't get a great feel for culture. They offered to let me talk to anyone at the firm before making my decision. Any questions you recommend I ask so I have a good sense for what I'm getting into? Thanks!
