Don’t know them, but spent 30 seconds reading their page. Looks like they advise portfolio companies on customer insights and best practices to use Salesforce and digital marketing tools. I would guess it’s basically like general marketing consulting, except your coverage industry is PE portfolio companies and you try to cross-sell salesforce products
Not op but also in the interview process. How would the leadership development program look for someone who is trying to break into PE from non traditional background. Interested in growth equity and VC as well.
This (or any other corporate LDP) will not be at all relevant for trying to break into the investing world. You are better off pursuing transactional work and/or something that teaches you to understand businesses at a top-down strategic level.
