Seeking Advice: starting a family office

I'm currently an undergrad student in my final year of college. I'm starting my career out in Investment Banking, with the goal of moving to the buy-side. Haven't decided on what exactly within the buy-side I want to do yet, but leaning towards private credit/distressed debt investing. My ultimate goal is to build a firm with my brother in that arena. Any advice for a young guy like me to prepare for a responsibility like that? Thanks!
