Serent Capital - PE Ops Insights?

Got approached about a potential PE Ops role at Serent Capital and wanted to see if anyone here has insight into how they run their ops team. I've got 5 YOE at OW and no MBA.

A few things I’m curious about:

  • How hands-on is their ops team with portcos?
  • What’s the culture like (especially compared to other PE ops teams)?
  • Any idea on comp, hours, or general expectations?
  • How do they think about career pathing for ops folks?

Would appreciate any color—trying to figure out how they stack up vs. other LMM / growth equity shops with strong ops functions. Thanks in advance.
