Submit a Three Stat, DCF, Compare Comps, LBO model when applying?

Been applying to lots of lower middle market banks for internships lately. Getting my networking in with them, but I have a question. I have a full financial model built out for a company and I'm building it off of a three statement I made about a week ago, it has DCF valuations with UFCF & LFCF, a comparable comps valuation using the EV/EBIT, EV/EBITDA, and P/E multiples, and an LBO with a rollup of one smaller company built into this.

Many of the companies I'm applying to offer to accept work samples along with a resume + cover letter. Should I submit this? Not trying to be a hardo but also would like to set myself apart from them in a positive way.

Thanks!

I personally wouldn't care because an intern doesn't need to model and it's not hard to learn how to.

You don't set yourself apart by building a model, you set yourself apart by being interesting and someone id want to talk to. Don't be a hardo.
