Essential Pharma went into CV - https://www.gyruscapital.com/news/gyrus-capital-raises-600m-continuation-fund LRE was about €10m EBITDA. Seems they do a lot of buy + build - which probs means more sweatiness for associates / principals
Culture / WLB: in terms of PortCo / head - looks reasonable, support functions look a bit thin
