  • Strategy / returns / ability to deploy capital
  • Work life balance / Culture
  • Overall expat life in Geneva

Thx!

Team: Guy and Robert come across as quite smart - don't know about others

Career: No idea - but growing fund (seemingly) so should be room to grow with it

Strategy: Usual - LMM / European focused on a couple of sectors - decent in HC. Will be fine deploying. Returns - no idea. Essential Pharma went into CV -  https://www.gyruscapital.com/news/gyrus-capital-raises-600m-continuation-fund LRE was about €10m EBITDA. Seems they do a lot of buy + build - which probs means more sweatiness for associates / principals

Culture / WLB: in terms of PortCo / head - looks reasonable, support functions look a bit thin
