Check out GRAM. New fund to invest in Hispanic businesses across the America. They recently poached some of Carlyle's LatAm team. Apparently, they even had a Peru fund and a team there
L Catterton has a strong team in NY that focuses on LatAm and does recruiting separately from their other funds
