One of the larger independents on bay street that have stood the test of time. Bite size is a bit bigger than your typical Canadian mid-market PE shop, and I would rank them in line with Birch Hill, Imperial Capital, DW Healthcare Partners, etc. They do hire at the analyst level, however its typically 0-1 a year and the interview process is incredibly rigorous. For associates, they look at candidates mainly from Big 6/BB TO offices. Happy to answer any questions specifically but that's a high level overview.
