What are some good case studies for LBO/Distressed strategies and the healthcare/agriculture-focused investing?

I recently met Mark Cosentino, the author of Case and Point when he came to give a lecture and case study at my school. The focus was mainly consulting, but he did mention that case studies have been becoming more common in PE interviews. While I have almost no interest in consulting, I did like the way that some of the case studies made me think about things differently than I have before.

I'm mainly interested in LBO/Distressed PE and think that the healthcare and agriculture industries are particularly interesting to me as far as coverage goes. Are there any case studies that some of the more experienced moneys could recommend studying?
